The room was fantastic with a stunning river view, and I especially loved the indoor pool and sauna for some relaxing downtime. Don’t miss out on the amazing spa services if you want to unwind further. The only minor hiccup was a bit of a delay at check-in, but it was nothing that ruined my great time! 😊

The room was really nice, spacious, and clean with a stunning view of the river. I loved the high-quality bathroom supplies and there was always plenty of bottled water available. It felt luxurious, but there were a couple of hiccups, like waiting too long for hot water in the shower. Overall, it made for a nice stay.

Just a top selection for a holiday in Shanghai with excellent value for money. Staff was incredibly attentive, even sending fresh ginger tea to my room when I mentioned I was feeling under the weather. Make sure to check in early if you want to settle in quickly.

missingWrote a review on Jun 04check-in chaos
Check-in felt chaotic. our reservation was lost initially, resulting in a late room availability at 4 PM, which isn't ideal after a long trip. The lobby lounge, while lavish, turned into an expensive waiting game for us, as we spent a good chunk of money waiting for our room to be ready and didn't receive any acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
